Your agency
sells the website.
I build it.
White-label web development for marketing agencies — from your designs to deployed production, with SEO and analytics included. Based in Prague, working in Czech or English.
// What you get // scope
Full builds, design to production
Next.js + TypeScript sites built from your Figma (or designed by me). Responsive, fast, accessible — production code, not page-builder output.
SEO & analytics wired in
Technical SEO, structured data, dynamic OG images, analytics and conversion tracking set up from day one — not bolted on after launch.
Deploy & handover included
Production deploy on your infrastructure or mine, CI/CD set up, source code and docs handed over. No vendor lock-in.
White-label by default
Your brand on the deliverable, my name nowhere near your client. NDA-friendly. You own the relationship, I own the build.
// Case study // one full delivery, itemized
kostaklima.com
Lead-generation site for an air-conditioning and heat-pump installer. The brief: turn visitors into quote requests. Everything below was delivered by one person — the same scope an agency would split across a designer, a developer, an SEO specialist, and a DevOps contractor.
DELIVERY_LOG
OKLCH token system, editorial layout, restrained brand-blue accent — designed for the brand, not adapted from a template.
Statically rendered marketing site with a markdown content layer — the client's team edits content without touching code.
Services, portfolio, brand catalog, about, contact, and a blog feeding the SEO program — all structured for lead generation.
Automated image pipeline (sharp): every real installation photo optimized, sized, and lazy-loaded.
JSON-LD structured data (HVACBusiness), sitemap, robots, dynamic OG images, llms.txt — plus an ongoing keyword & content program.
Analytics wired to the contact-form and call conversion paths, so the client sees which pages produce leads.
Containerized and deployed on self-hosted infrastructure (Coolify) with automated deploys from git. Full source handed over.
Performance treated as a feature: no chat widgets, no carousels, every asset budgeted. Speed = trust = conversions.
I also ship my own products — spndr, Virlya, ForkIt. Client projects run on the same pipeline that keeps those live — which is why nothing on the list above is outsourced.
// How it works // three steps
Brief
Send scope, designs or a reference site. You get back a fixed quote and a delivery date — fast, no discovery-call theater.
Build
Preview deployment from the first week. You and your client watch progress on a live staging URL instead of waiting for a big reveal.
Ship
Production deploy, SEO + analytics verified, source handed over. Post-launch fixes covered.
Why the turnaround is in weeks, not months: my day-to-day runs through an AI-agent pipeline — research, implementation, and adversarial code review as separate agents. The boring parts are automated; the review is not skipped.
Got an overflow project or a client you can't staff?
Send the brief — you'll get a fixed quote and a delivery date back, usually within one business day.
